Download MailPost

If you are not running your own Windows 32bit webserver, such as WebSite or IIS, save yourself some time and don't download MailPost. MailPost cannot be installed and configured unless you have administration control over your webserver. Also, MailPost is not a command line emailer. If you're looking for a command line emailer for Windows, look for wsendmail or blat. Note: MailPost will not run on a DEC Alpha)
