Where do I turn for help?
If you have trouble using MailPost, fill out the help
request form and include the following information:
- Include the URL of the form you're having trouble with. If you don't want
to disclose this URL, please try to create another form which exhibits the same
problem and send its URL instead. It is much easier to try the form live than
to save it locally and modify the ACTION to my own server. Emailing me the HTML
isn't good enough.
- Include the exact error message you're getting - cut and paste if possible.
- Name the WWW server you're using if you know it (e.g. Website Pro).
- Name which Windows system you're running (Win95, NT4, etc.).
We will try to look into your problem and contact you if we can.
